The Chalet is situated 5 miles East of Mt. Shasta City and 8 miles from the beautiful community of McCloud. If you are wanting to escape the crowded surrounding of people and houses you will find the Chalet a wonderful rural feeling place to visit. You cannot stay any closer to the Mount Shasta Ski Park than here.
During winter months you are about 2 minutes from the Ski Park Hwy turn off, and can enjoy Nordic Skiing, Alpine Skiing, Mountain Tubing, Sledding, Dog sledding, snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice skating. We are situated at about 4200 feet so are well within the snow levels and in fact many sports can be enjoyed right on the property.

The Chalet has cedar vaulted ceilings with slate floors and custom hickory cabinets. This chalet boasts 4 Bedrooms and a finished baesment with 2 queen size bednooks and a bunk room and there are 3 full bathrooms, one on each level.
There is something for everyone: you can hike the mountain, bring your horses, bring your mountain bikes, quads or snowmobiles, explore the local waterfalls, lakes and rivers, enjoy any sport during any season, or simply kick back and enjoy the magic of Mount Shasta.
